mixed experience due to air conditioning malfunction
faulty controlsno apology
the room's air conditioning defaulted to 16c every time i entered. i woke up freezing at 5am the first night, unsure of the issue. resetting the controls did not work as they seemed faulty. complaining to the staff three times did not fix the problem, and there was no apology.

The room was clean I found all necessary toiletries provided. The subway was close this proved very useful. The receptionist was nice she was also very helpful.
Turning off the light in the room proved impossible I called the reception several times. They did not fix the issue they also did not offer a room change. The service was not good considering the price.

The staff at the rooftop bar were friendly. I only had a morning coffee there. My room was spacious, clean and had everything necessary for my stay. I found it very relaxed to be at this adult only hotel. They helped us many times .
The wet sauna smelled like mould. I couldn't find any towels downstairs, even though the reception told me I would find them.

The reception staff were very helpful. Staff welcomed me and gave me instructions and tips to the city. Alicia is a sweetheart person. The hotel staff understood the magic of client friendliness.

the location was fine, near the train station. i could easily get around the city.
the room wasn't great. the light into the room, i couldn't turn it off. i called reception several times, and they didn't fix it. i ended up turning off all the electricity, but i couldn't charge my phone then.

I found the staff to be friendly and always ready to help. the cleanliness of the hotel was really excellent. Everything was super clean. i especially liked the modern design of the rooms, very stylish and well kept.
